Andiamotrips: The Next Stop — The Ultimate Island Hop

Honestly, it just felt right that the very first stop of this new series starts exactly where the heart of Campania beats loudest: Naples.

• By Metro: Take Line 1 (the "Art Metro") to the Municipio stop. From there, it is a short, 5-minute walk toward the sea.

• By Bus/Tram: Several lines stop right in front of the port at Piazza Municipio / Molo Beverello, including the R2 and 151.

• By Car (Parking): If you are driving, I recommend booking a spot in advance at one of the secure garages near the port such as Parcheggio Buono steps from the ticket offices.

Se avete mai guardato una mappa del Golfo sentendo di dover scegliere tra le vette verdi e vulcaniche di una o i vicoli color arcobaleno dell'altra, sono qui per dirvi: non scegliete. Fatele entrambe.

L’Ingrediente Segreto: La Strategia delle "Due Isole"

Sono entusiasta di aver scoperto il circuito SNAV "Due isole in un giorno" (Tour Ischia e Procida). Questa esperienza è essenzialmente un viaggio "hop-on, hop-off" ad alta velocità che abbraccia il Golfo come se fosse un unico, vivace quartiere. È più piccola, più raffinata e ospita parte della storia più antica d'Italia. Passeggiare lungo Corso Rizzoli, con il mare da un lato e le botteghe artigiane d'alta gamma dall'altro, mi fa sentire come sul set di un film classico. È il punto in cui il glamour incontra le radici profonde del Mediterraneo.

Ma la giornata non finisce sull'"Isola Verde". L'ultima tappa è il sogno cinematografico di Procida. Quando arrivo qui nel pomeriggio, il ritmo cambia di nuovo. È un'isola di labirinti color pastello e porticcioli di pescatori silenziosi. Finire la giornata qui mi permette di cogliere la "golden hour" mentre il sole colpisce le case multicolori di Marina Corricella: una vista che mi resta impressa nel cuore molto tempo dopo essere tornato in città.

Taxi

I taxi sono certamente un'opzione su entrambe le isole. Tenete a mente che Ischia è divisa in diversi comuni; attraversare il confine da una città all'altra spesso comporta una tariffa più alta.

Muoversi come un local: Arrivare al Porto di Napoli

Per garantire una partenza senza stress, ecco come raggiungere il molo:

• In Metro: Prendete la Linea 1 (la "Metro dell'Arte") fino alla fermata Municipio. Da lì, è una breve passeggiata di 5 minuti verso il mare.

• In Autobus/Tram: Diverse linee fermano proprio di fronte al porto a Piazza Municipio / Molo Beverello, incluse la R2 e la 151.

• In Auto (Parcheggio): Se venite in auto, vi consiglio di prenotare un posto in anticipo in uno dei garage custoditi vicino al porto, come il Parcheggio Buono.
