Ischia Safari Turns 10: Celebrating a Decade of Culinary Magic This September!

Get your taste buds ready—one of Italy’s premier food festivals is celebrating a major milestone! From September 20th to 22nd, 2026, Ischia Safari is back for its 10th edition, blending a proud look at its history with a fresh vision for the future of gastronomy.

What started in 2016 as a passion project by star chefs Nino di Costanzo and Pasquale Palamaro—alongside visionaries Giancarlo Carriero, Paolo Fulceri Camerini, Marco Castagna, and Marianna Schiano—has officially become an unmissable gathering for top chefs, foodies, and industry pros from around the globe. This year, over 350 food and drink creators will gather on the "Green Island" to share their craft, highlighting local flavors, vibrant culture, and pure passion.

Festival Highlights: Three Days of Pure Flavor

• Sunday, September 20 – Gala Dinner at L’Albergo della Regina Isabella: The festivities kick off with a glittering evening featuring around 30 Michelin-starred chefs, master pizzaioli, and top pastry chefs crafting unforgettable dishes.

• Monday, September 21 – Party at Negombo Thermal Park: Set in breathtaking botanical gardens overlooking the sea in Lacco Ameno, this lively evening brings together incredible street food, vibrant flavors, and dynamic culinary creations.

• Tuesday, September 22 – "A Dessert for Ischia" & Roundtable: Hosted at L'Isola and sponsored by Mulino Caputo, pastry chefs will compete to create an original dessert that captures the island's true spirit. The day also features "The Future Has Memory," a thoughtful roundtable reflecting on ten years of culinary evolution and discussing where the industry goes next.

As organizers Nino Di Costanzo and Pasquale Palamaro shared, Ischia Safari isn't just about incredible meals; it's a vital space for culinary minds to connect, innovate, and grow together in an ever-changing industry.
