Walking through Forcella in Naples, it’s almost impossible not to get swept up in the energy—the vibrant spirit, the deep history, and of course, the incredible food.

While finalizing research for my latest The Next Stop guide, an exciting idea began to ferment in my mind. Forcella felt like the ultimate setting to share my passion for Campania wines, paired alongside crisp pizza fritta and legendary Neapolitan specialties.

I reached out to my friend, master pizzaiolo Vincenzo Durante of 1947 Pizza Fritta and 'O Vico, and together we crafted something truly special: the 'O Vico Wine & Culinary Experience.

What to Expect

The 'O Vico Wine & Culinary Experience is an intimate, small-group tasting journey that bridges ancient Neapolitan food traditions with the rich terroirs of Campania’s volcanic and hillside vineyards.

Here are the key details for your visit:

• Duration: 90 immersive minutes, hosted seamlessly in either English or Italian.

• Group Size: Designed for small, private groups of 4 to 12 guests (minimum 4 guests per session) to guarantee a high-quality, personal atmosphere.

• Location: Hosted right at 1947 Pizza Fritta / 'O Vico in the heart of historic Forcella.

• Availability: Daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (excluding Saturday evenings).

• Reservations: Available by advance booking only. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required so the team can prepare fresh ingredients and reserve dedicated seating for your party.

• Pricing: Starts at €60 per person. A small deposit is required upon confirmation of your date and availability.
